【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)院內(nèi)傷口�？菩〗M干預(yù)對(duì)患者術(shù)中壓瘡管理的作用。方法回顧比較院內(nèi)傷口專科小組術(shù)中壓瘡管理前后,手術(shù)室護(hù)士對(duì)壓瘡知識(shí)的知曉率、壓瘡危險(xiǎn)因素評(píng)估率和正確率,以及術(shù)中壓瘡發(fā)生率。結(jié)果傷口�？菩〗M干預(yù)后,手術(shù)室護(hù)士壓瘡理論知識(shí)考試合格率由58.23%上升至94.11%(χ~2=29.63,P0.001),新型敷料粘貼合格率由56.96%上升至95.29%(χ~2=33.80,P0.001),對(duì)壓瘡危險(xiǎn)因素的評(píng)估率由56.38%上升至93.35%(χ~2=5828.07,P0.001),壓瘡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估正確率由56.23%上升至96.78%(χ~2=4674.89,P0.001);術(shù)中急性壓瘡發(fā)生率由1.5‰降至0.22‰(χ~2=17.59,P0.001)。結(jié)論傷口�？菩〗M的干預(yù)強(qiáng)化了手術(shù)室護(hù)士對(duì)壓瘡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估意識(shí),術(shù)中預(yù)防壓瘡措施到位,能有效地降低術(shù)中壓瘡發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of in-hospital wound group intervention on intraoperative pressure sore management. Methods the knowledge of pressure sore, the rate of assessment and accuracy of risk factors of pressure sore, and the incidence of pressure sore during operation were compared retrospectively before and after the management of pressure sore in hospital wound specialist group. Results after the intervention of the wound specialist group, the qualified rate of pressure sore theory knowledge of nurses in operating room increased from 58.23% to 94.11% (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (29. 63) P 0.001), and the qualified rate of new dressing paste increased from 56.96% to 95.29% (蠂 ~ (23) 33.80).
