【摘要】：目的探討優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在冠心病護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2015年2月~2016年5月,通過我到綜合醫(yī)院收集病例,收治的冠心病患者116例作為研究對象。隨機(jī)分組為對照組與觀察組,各58例。觀察組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理;觀察組采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理。記錄下兩組患者的護(hù)理結(jié)果并進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果與對照組相比,觀察組患者的焦慮評分、抑郁評分明顯更低,護(hù)理滿意度明顯更高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在冠心病護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果良好,值得大力推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of high quality nursing in nursing of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 116 cases of coronary heart disease were collected from February 2015 to May 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 58 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the observation group and high quality nursing was used in the observation group. The nursing results of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results compared with the control group, the anxiety score, depression score and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the application effect of high quality nursing in coronary heart disease nursing is good and worth popularizing.
