【摘要】：目的探討常規(guī)超聲(US)結(jié)合超聲彈性成像(UE)對(duì)非哺乳期乳腺炎(NLM)與乳腺癌的鑒別診斷價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析48例非哺乳期乳腺炎和360例乳腺癌患者的乳腺超聲表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果NLM組病灶后方回聲衰減、微鈣化、Ⅱ~Ⅲ級(jí)血流、RI0.70及UE評(píng)分1~3分與乳腺癌組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論非哺乳期乳腺炎性腫塊多累及脂肪層,伴有周圍組織水腫,部分呈"倒三角形"低回聲,病灶內(nèi)出現(xiàn)斑點(diǎn)狀或小條狀鈣化斑,血流信號(hào)豐富,RI0.70,UE評(píng)分1~3分,上述超聲表現(xiàn)對(duì)非哺乳期乳腺炎與乳腺癌的鑒別診斷有一定參考意義。
