【摘要】：目的探討運(yùn)用降低團(tuán)體體檢患者B超檢查空號(hào)率,縮短團(tuán)體體檢患者B超輪候時(shí)間。方法運(yùn)用PDCA循環(huán)對(duì)中山市中醫(yī)院保健科的團(tuán)體B超檢查流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果將團(tuán)體B超檢查的空號(hào)率從17.17%下降至6.25%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PDCA循環(huán)管理可以有效地降低團(tuán)體患者B超檢查空號(hào)率,對(duì)B超體檢流程起到優(yōu)化作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore how to reduce the empty number rate of group B ultrasound examination and shorten the waiting time of group B ultrasonic examination. Methods PDCA circulation was used to optimize the group B-ultrasound examination procedure in health department of Zhongshan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Results the empty number rate of group B ultrasonic examination was reduced from 17.17% to 6.25%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation management can effectively reduce the empty number rate of group B ultrasound examination and optimize the procedure of B ultrasound examination.
