【摘要】：目的探討藻酸鹽銀離子聯(lián)合泡沫敷料加壓力輔助治療下肢靜脈潰瘍的效果。方法選擇2013年1月至2015年6月亳州市人民醫(yī)院116例下肢靜脈潰瘍患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各58例,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)的外科換藥方法,觀察組采用新型敷料加適當(dāng)?shù)膲毫χ委?觀察兩組療效。結(jié)果觀察組愈合時(shí)間、換藥次數(shù)[(22±10)d、(13±2)次]優(yōu)于對(duì)照組[(36±15)d、(26±4)次],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組浸漬、疼痛程度、創(chuàng)面再損傷均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論使用新型敷料加壓力治療下肢靜脈性潰瘍療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of alginate silver ion combined with foam dressing and pressure on venous ulcer of lower extremity. Methods 116 patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity in Bozhou people's Hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 58) and observation group (n = 58). The treatment group was treated with new dressing and proper pressure, and the curative effect of both groups was observed. Results the healing time and times of dressing change in the observation group [(22 鹵10) d, (13 鹵2) times] were better than those in the control group [(36 鹵15) d, (鹵4) times], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in dipping, pain degree and wound reinjury (P0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of new dressing plus pressure on venous ulcer of lower extremity is remarkable.
