【摘要】：目的探討膽囊癌術(shù)后綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)在感染性并發(fā)癥預(yù)防方面的影響情況。方法選取2015-10-2016-10成都醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院手術(shù)治療的46例膽囊癌患者;將患者按奇偶順序分成試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)外科手術(shù)常規(guī)護(hù)理方法,試驗(yàn)組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予有計(jì)劃、有針對(duì)性的心理疏導(dǎo)、健康教育、飲食及運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)的綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果總體術(shù)后并發(fā)癥為12例(26.1%),46例患者中8例(17.4%)出現(xiàn)了感染性并發(fā)癥;試驗(yàn)組為2例(8.70%),對(duì)照組為6例(26.09%);試驗(yàn)組患者術(shù)后感染性并發(fā)癥明顯比對(duì)照組患者感染性并發(fā)癥減少,P0.05。結(jié)論綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)可以促進(jìn)患者康復(fù),減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,在臨床參與疾病的治療具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of infectious complications after operation of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods 46 patients with gallbladder carcinoma were selected from the first affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from October to October 2015-2015-2016-10. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to odd and even order. The control group adopted routine nursing methods of conventional surgical operation. The experimental group was given planned, targeted psychological counseling and health education on this basis. Comprehensive nursing intervention of diet and exercise guidance. Results the total postoperative complications were 12 cases (26.1%), 8 cases (17.4%) of 46 patients had infectious complications, 2 cases (8.70%) in the trial group and 6 cases (26.09%) in the control group, and 2 cases (8.70%) in the experimental group and 6 cases (26.09%) in the control group. The infectious complications in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients, reduce postoperative complications, and play an important role in the treatment of diseases.
