【摘要】：目的探討兒童呼吸道卡他莫拉菌的感染率與耐藥性,為指導(dǎo)臨床合理用藥提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2012年1月-2015年1月醫(yī)院收治的1 240例呼吸道感染患兒,對其送檢標(biāo)本進(jìn)行病原菌培養(yǎng)和藥敏試驗(yàn),采用K-B紙片法進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn),藥敏結(jié)果按照美國臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究所(CLSI)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行判定,采用SPSS20.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 1 240份標(biāo)本共分離出138株卡他莫拉菌,檢出率為11.13%,其中肺炎、哮喘并發(fā)感染、毛細(xì)支氣管炎、支氣管炎分別占66.67%、15.22%、10.14%和7.97%;卡他莫拉菌感染患兒性別比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,年齡分布和感染季節(jié)分布比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);卡他莫拉菌對阿莫西林/克拉維酸、環(huán)丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、克拉霉素、頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦和亞胺培南敏感率均90.00%。結(jié)論兒童作為卡他莫拉菌感染的高危人群,尤其對于3歲以下和冬季患病兒童,應(yīng)及時(shí)行藥敏試驗(yàn),合理選擇抗菌藥物治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection rate and drug resistance of children with respiratory tract Morrah. Methods A total of 1,240 children with respiratory tract infection from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected for pathogen culture and drug sensitivity test, and K-B disk method was used for drug sensitivity test. The drug sensitivity results were determined according to the (CLSI) standard of American Institute of Clinical Laboratory Standardization, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. Results 138 strains of Mora carinii were isolated from 1 240 specimens, the positive rate was 11.13. Pneumonia, asthma complicated with infection, bronchitis and bronchitis accounted for 66.67% and 7.97%, respectively. There were significant differences between age distribution and seasonal distribution of infection (P0.05), and the susceptibility rates of the strains to amoxicillin / clavulanic acid, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, clarithromycin, cefoperazone / sulbactam and imipenem were all 90.00cm. Conclusion as a high risk group for the infection of Mora katamurium, especially for children under 3 years of age and children with disease in winter, the drug sensitivity test should be carried out in time and the antimicrobial therapy should be reasonably selected.
