【摘要】：目的通過對輸血病歷質量進行評估分析,提高臨床合理用血水平和輸血病歷質量。方法對本院2012-2014年輸血患者出院病歷的抽查結果進行回顧性分析及比較。結果抽查的1 941份輸血患者病歷,2012-2014年臨床合理用血率分別為80.7%(381/472)、98.0%(765/781)及98.7%(679/688),2013年與2012年相比顯著提高(χ2=111.840,P0.05)。2012-2014年臨床輸血病歷中輸血病程記錄合格率分別為30.1%(142/472)、57.6%(450/781)及76.7%(528/688),2013年與2012年、2014年與2013年相比均有顯著性差異(χ2分別為89.485、60.128,P0.05)。結論定期分析和評估臨床用血情況、抽查臨床輸血病歷合理性、規(guī)范性,結果納入臨床科室及臨床醫(yī)師的考核,通過持續(xù)改進提高合理用血水平及輸血病歷質量,保障科學、合理、安全及有效輸血。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate and analyze the quality of blood transfusion records in order to improve the clinical reasonable blood use and the quality of blood transfusion records. Methods retrospective analysis and comparison were made on the medical records of blood transfusion patients discharged from our hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results among the 1 941 cases of blood transfusion, the rational clinical blood use rates in 2012-2014 were 80.7% (381 / 472), 98.0% (765 / 781) and 98.7% (679 / 688), respectively, and significantly increased in 2013 compared with 2012 (蠂 ~ 2 / 111.840P 0.05). The eligible rates of course of blood transfusion in 2012-2014 were 30.1% (142,472), 57.6% (450 / 781) and 76.7% (528r688), respectively. The results are included in the examination of clinical departments and clinicians, and the reasonable blood use level and the quality of blood transfusion medical records are continuously improved to ensure the science.
