【摘要】：目的:分析淋巴瘤患者外周血干細胞動員采集過程中各相關因素對干細胞采集量的影響,以期能更好地提高病人干細胞采集的效率。方法:回顧性分析本院151例淋巴瘤患者外周血造血干細胞移植動員采集過程中各種因素對所采集的造血干細胞數(shù)量的影響。這些因素包括年齡、性別、身高、體重、病理類型、分期、動員方案、采集天數(shù)、輸注血制品、病程時間及所經(jīng)歷化療療程等。結果:單因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn),性別、身高、體重、病理類型、分期、動員方案、采集天數(shù)、血制品輸注等對干細胞采集數(shù)量影響不顯著;CD34~+細胞采集量和年齡顯著相關(r=-0.248,P=0.002),年齡大于50歲后,CD34~+細胞的采集量下降明顯,大于60歲CD34~+細胞采集量降低顯著;患者患病病程時間和動員前所經(jīng)歷化療療程數(shù)對CD34~+細胞采集量有顯著影響。每次CD34~+細胞采集量與采集前血常規(guī)指標中的WBC(r=0.053,P=0.527)無顯著相關,但與單個核細胞百分數(shù)(r=0.260,P=0.002)和單個核細胞絕對值(r=0.338,P=0.00003)相關顯著。結論:60歲以下,動員前化療療程較少,動員后單個核細胞數(shù)在(2-6)×109/L之間患者可能有更高的外周血造血干細胞采集量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influence of various factors on the collection of peripheral blood stem cells in patients with lymphoma, in order to improve the efficiency of stem cell collection. Methods: the effects of various factors on the number of hematopoietic stem cells collected from 151 patients with lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively. These factors included age, sex, height, weight, pathological type, staging, mobilization program, days of collection, transfusion of blood products, duration of course of disease and the course of chemotherapy. Results: univariate analysis showed that sex, height, weight, pathological type, stage, mobilization program, collecting days, There was no significant correlation between the amount of CD34 ~ cells collected and the age (r ~ (-0.248) P ~ (0.002). After the age of 50 years old, the collection of CD34 ~ cells decreased significantly, and that of CD34~ cells more than 60 years old decreased significantly. The duration of disease and the number of chemotherapeutic courses before mobilization had a significant effect on the collection of CD34~ cells. There was no significant correlation between the amount of CD34~ cells collected and the WBC (rn 0.053) in the blood routine index before collection, but there was a significant correlation with the percentage of mononuclear cells (r = 0.260) and the absolute value of mononuclear cells (r = 0.338P0. 00003). Conclusion under 60 years old, the chemotherapy course before mobilization is less, the number of mononuclear cells after mobilization is (2-6) 脳 10 ~ 9 / L patients may have higher peripheral blood stem cell collection.
