抑菌試驗中抑菌圈法的比較研究

【摘要】:試驗比較研究了抑菌圈法中的K-B法、牛津杯法和打孔法在抑菌試驗中的優(yōu)缺點,結(jié)果表明:打孔法操作簡單、方便快捷,獲得的抑菌圈質(zhì)量高、重復(fù)性好,是優(yōu)先選用的方法;牛津杯法獲得的抑菌圈質(zhì)量較高,重復(fù)性較好;K-B法則只適宜進行定性試驗。在進行抑菌圈法試驗時,建議使用預(yù)加菌液傾注平板法來制備試驗平板,試驗平板中菌體濃度應(yīng)在1×10~5~1×10~6 CFU/m L,試驗藥物應(yīng)選擇適宜的濃度,加入試驗藥物后應(yīng)在4℃條件下預(yù)擴散2h左右再放置培養(yǎng)箱進行培養(yǎng),另外還應(yīng)考慮培養(yǎng)基的pH。
[Abstract]:The advantages and disadvantages of K-B method, Oxford Cup method and perforation method in bacteriostasis test were compared. The results showed that the method was simple, convenient and quick, the quality of the circle was high and the reproducibility was good. Oxford-cup method has high quality and good reproducibility. The K-B rule is only suitable for qualitative test. When the bacteriostasis test was carried out, it was suggested that the test plate should be prepared by the method of pre-inoculation of bacterial liquid, the concentration of bacteria in the test plate should be 1 脳 10 ~ (5) 渭 m ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (-6) CFU/m / L, and the appropriate concentration should be selected for the test drug.
