【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)施《特殊情況緊急搶救輸血推薦方案》(簡稱《推薦方案》)的臨床效果及意義。方法回顧性調(diào)查2015年6月-2016年6月本院符合《推薦方案》中交叉配血不合或/和抗體篩查陽性患者特殊情況緊急搶救輸注紅細(xì)胞和血漿患者,分析輸血病例的臨床特征、申請(qǐng)用血的啟動(dòng)指征、啟動(dòng)流程、采取實(shí)施的方案及效果。結(jié)果應(yīng)用《推薦方案》成功對(duì)9例急危重患者施行特殊情況下緊急搶救輸血并得到及時(shí)的輸血救治,挽救了生命且均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用《特殊情況緊急搶救輸血推薦方案》可有效解決臨床突發(fā)特殊情況,使患者得到及時(shí)有效的輸血,挽救患者生命。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect and significance of implementing the recommended Program for Emergency Rescue of Blood Transfusion in Special cases. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, the patients with cross matching incompatibility or / and positive antibody screening in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were investigated for emergency rescue of patients receiving red blood cell and plasma transfusion, and the clinical characteristics of blood transfusion cases were analyzed. Application for blood start indication, start-up process, the implementation of the program and results. Results the recommended scheme was successfully applied to 9 patients with acute and severe diseases. The emergency blood transfusion was carried out under special circumstances and the blood transfusion was given in time. The life saving and no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion the recommended program of emergency rescue transfusion for special cases can effectively solve the sudden special cases, make the patients get timely and effective blood transfusion, and save the lives of the patients.
