【摘要】：目的觀察透灸治療失眠的臨床療效。方法將230例失眠患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各115例,對(duì)照組給予阿普唑侖片口服,每次40 mg,每日1次,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上選取百會(huì)、四神聰、膈俞、心俞、脾俞、肝俞、神道穴透灸,每日1次,兩組均治療20天。治療前后采用匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)觀察兩組患者睡眠質(zhì)量及睡眠效率,并于治療后判定臨床療效。結(jié)果治療組完成治療105例,對(duì)照組99例。治療組臨床療效總有效率91.4%,對(duì)照組總有效率83.8%,治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。與治療前比較,兩組患者治療后睡眠質(zhì)量、睡眠效率均有改善(P0.05或P0.01);兩組治療后睡眠質(zhì)量比較治療組改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01),睡眠效率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論透灸聯(lián)合阿普唑侖片能夠顯著提高失眠患者的睡眠質(zhì)量和睡眠效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of penetrating moxibustion on insomnia. Methods 230 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 115) and control group (n = 115). The control group was given alprazolam tablets once a day, 40 mg each time. The treatment group was treated with Baihui, Sishen Cong, Geshu, Xinshu, Pi Yu and Ganshu on this basis. Shendao acupoint penetration moxibustion, once a day, both groups were treated for 20 days. Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) was used to observe sleep quality and sleep efficiency before and after treatment. Results 105 cases were treated in the treatment group and 99 cases in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4 and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.8. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, two groups of patients after treatment sleep quality, sleep efficiency were improved (P0.05 or P0.01), the treatment group compared with the control group (P0.01), the difference in sleep efficiency was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion moxibustion combined with alprazolam tablets can significantly improve sleep quality and sleep efficiency of insomnia patients.
