不同人口學特征臨床護士工作滿意度差異的比較研究

【摘要】:目的比較不同人口學特征的臨床護士工作滿意度得分的差異。方法 2015年9月,采用便利抽樣法選取北京市某三級甲等綜合性醫(yī)院臨床護士673名,采用一般資料問卷及卡勞斯克/米勒護士工作滿意度量表(McCloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale,MMSS)對臨床護士工作滿意度進行橫斷面調查。結果不同年齡、工齡、任職情況、學歷、職稱、是否為急危重癥科室護士的工作滿意度總分與各維度得分差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05),不同性別和用工性質護士的工作滿意度總分及各維度得分差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05)。結論不同人口學特征臨床護士的工作滿意度有所不同,相關部門應針對不同特征的護士制定科學有效的激勵機制與改進措施,以期進一步提高護士工作滿意度,穩(wěn)定護理隊伍。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the job satisfaction scores of clinical nurses with different demographic characteristics. Methods in September 2015, 673 clinical nurses in a Grade 3A general hospital in Beijing were selected by convenience sampling method. General data questionnaire and McCloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale / Hans Muller were used to investigate the job satisfaction of clinical nurses. Results different age, length of service, position, educational background, professional title, The total score of job satisfaction and the scores of each dimension of nurses were statistically significant (P0.05), but the total score of job satisfaction and the score of each dimension of nurses of different gender and nature of employment were not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the job satisfaction of clinical nurses with different demographic characteristics is different. The relevant departments should formulate scientific and effective incentive mechanism and improvement measures for nurses with different characteristics in order to further improve nurses' job satisfaction and stabilize the nursing staff.
