【摘要】：目的:對已建立的肢殘兒童生存質(zhì)量測量量表進(jìn)行信度和效度分析。方法:采用分半信度、重測信度、內(nèi)部一致性度及內(nèi)容效度、維度相關(guān)性、結(jié)構(gòu)效度等指標(biāo)分析量表的信度和效度。結(jié)果:量表的分半信度R為0.765;各領(lǐng)域以及總得分的重測信度相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.732—0.901之間;各領(lǐng)域以及總得分的Cronbachɑ系數(shù)除殘疾兒童共性模塊均在0.7以上;各領(lǐng)域以及總條目的Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.6以上;采用驗證性因子分析法的結(jié)果顯示量表的結(jié)構(gòu)效度較高,整體模型擬合好。結(jié)論:量表的信度和效度較好,具有較強(qiáng)的可行性和有效性;量表中社會支持、獨立能力、個人情感等影響因素需要進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the reliability and validity of the quality of life scale for children with limb disability. Methods: the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed with split-half reliability, test-retest reliability, internal consistency and content validity, dimension correlation and structural validity. Results: the split-half reliability R of the scale was 0.765.The correlation coefficient of test-retest reliability of each field and total score was between 0.732-0.901. The Cronbach coefficient of each field and total score was more than 0.7 except for children with disabilities. The Pearson correlation coefficient of all fields and total items was above 0. 6. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the structure validity of the scale was high and the whole model was fitted well. Conclusion: the reliability and validity of the scale are good, and it is feasible and effective. The influencing factors such as social support, independent ability, personal emotion and so on need to be further studied.
