膳食纖維對(duì)結(jié)腸癌患者術(shù)后免疫功能及炎性反應(yīng)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dietary fiber on postoperative immune function and inflammatory response in patients with colon cancer. Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in 60 patients with colon cancer diagnosed by pathology and underwent radical resection of colon cancer, including 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the ecological enteral nutrition group and 30 cases in the control group. Peripheral venous blood was collected on the first day before operation, the second day after operation and the morning of 7 days after operation. The T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 T lymphocyte subsets) and serum immunoglobulin (IgA) immunoglobulin (IgG CD3) were detected in the first day of operation, the second day after operation and the morning of 7 days after operation. Tumor necrosis factor-偽 (TNF- 偽), interleukin-6 (IL-6), procalcitonin (PCT), and other inflammatory markers. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point (P0.05), but on the 7th day after operation, the level of CD4 IgA CD3 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the level of TNF- 偽 IL-6 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion in colon cancer patients, early postoperative dietary fiber can improve the immune function of patients and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
