【摘要】：目的探討合并冠心病骨折患者的臨床護(hù)理要點(diǎn)。方法選取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的合并冠心病骨折患者80例進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)組和干預(yù)組,各40例。常規(guī)組進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理,干預(yù)組患者在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上加以護(hù)理干預(yù),分析比較兩組患者的臨床護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果干預(yù)組患者總有效率97.5%(39/40)明顯高于對(duì)照組的80.0%(32/40),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論護(hù)理干預(yù)應(yīng)用于合并冠心病骨折患者可以有效提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)患者早日康復(fù),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical nursing points of patients with coronary heart disease fracture. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, 80 patients with coronary heart disease fracture were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group, 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group, and nursing intervention was carried out on the basis of routine nursing in the intervention group, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results the total effective rate was 97.5% (39 / 40) in the intervention group and 80.0% (32 / 40) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease fracture can effectively improve the nursing quality and promote the early recovery of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
