腸球菌在各類感染標(biāo)本中分布及其耐藥情況分析

【摘要】:目的分析腸球菌在各類感染標(biāo)本中分布與常用藥物敏感性情況。方法收集江漢大學(xué)附屬笫三醫(yī)院武漢市黃陂區(qū)人民醫(yī)院2013年6月至2015年6月臨床標(biāo)本分離出的腸球菌屬366株。用法國梅里埃生物鑒定系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行菌種鑒定,并用擴(kuò)散法進(jìn)行耐藥監(jiān)測,用WHONET 5.6軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 366株腸球菌主要分布在泌尿標(biāo)本與傷口分泌物標(biāo)本中,糞腸球菌為97株(26.50%)、屎腸球菌為137株(37.43%)、其他腸球菌為26株(7.10%)、未鑒定到菌種的為106株(28.96%)。腸球菌屬對(duì)常見抗生素呈多重性耐藥,對(duì)萬古霉素的敏感性/耐藥性為95.90%/3.00%,對(duì)替考拉寧的敏感性/耐藥性為97.50%/1.60%,對(duì)利奈唑胺的敏感性/耐藥性為99.70%/0.30%,均有較高的敏感性。結(jié)論腸球菌屬細(xì)菌耐藥較嚴(yán)重,不同菌種耐藥性也有所差異,感染部位常見于泌尿系統(tǒng),臨床醫(yī)師在治療腸球菌感染時(shí),應(yīng)依據(jù)耐藥特性和藥敏試驗(yàn)結(jié)果合理選用抗菌藥物,加強(qiáng)對(duì)細(xì)菌耐藥性監(jiān)測,以防止多重耐藥菌的傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution of Enterococcus in various infection specimens and the sensitivity of common drugs. Methods 366 strains of Enterococcus isolated from Huangpi District people's Hospital of Wuhan City from June 2013 to June 2015 were collected. The strain identification was carried out with the French Merier biometric identification system, the drug resistance was monitored by diffusion method, and the statistical analysis was carried out by WHONET 5.6 software. Results among 366 strains of Enterococcus, 97 strains (26.50%) were Enterococcus faecalis, 137 strains (37.43%) were Enterococcus faecium, 26 strains (7.10%) were Enterococcus faecium, 106 strains (28.96%) were not identified. Enterococcus showed multidrug resistance to common antibiotics, sensitivity / resistance to vancomycin was 95.90 / 3.00, sensitivity / resistance to teicoplanin was 97.50 / 1.60, sensitivity / resistance to linazolamine was 99.70 / 0.30. Conclusion the drug resistance of Enterococcus bacteria is serious, and the drug resistance of different bacteria is different. The infection site is common in the urinary system. When treating Enterococcus infection, the clinicians should choose antibiotics reasonably according to the drug resistance characteristics and the results of drug sensitivity test. Strengthen the monitoring of bacterial resistance to prevent the spread of multi-drug-resistant bacteria.
