【摘要】：目的探討產(chǎn)前護理干預對妊娠高血壓綜合征患者分娩結局及生活質量的影響。方法將南京大學醫(yī)學院附屬鼓樓醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科2011年1月至2014年12月收治的90例妊娠高血壓綜合征患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組(各45例),對照組患者給予常規(guī)護理模式,觀察組患者在對照組護理的基礎上給予全面、規(guī)范的綜合護理,觀察2組患者護理效果,記錄患者焦慮評分、血壓變化情況、分娩方式以及分娩結局和2組患者的生活質量評分。結果對照組患者產(chǎn)前焦慮評分與入院時相比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),護理后,觀察組患者焦慮評分顯著下降,與對照組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與治療前相比,2組患者血壓均有所下降(P0.05),其中觀察組患者血壓下降情況優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者自然分娩率71%高于對照組患者42%(P0.05),同時產(chǎn)后出血率、胎盤早剝率、子癇率,胎兒的宮內窘迫率、新生兒窒息率、圍生期胎兒病死率均低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者的生活質量評分均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論產(chǎn)前綜合護理干預可以改善妊娠期高血壓患者的焦慮狀態(tài),降低血壓、提高自然分娩率、改善患者的分娩結局以及患者的生活質量,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of prenatal nursing intervention on the delivery outcome and quality of life in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 90 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension from January 2011 to December 2014, affiliated to the gynecology and obstetrics and Gynecology of the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (45 cases each), and the control group was given the routine. Nursing mode, the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive and standardized comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group, and observed the nursing effect of the 2 groups of patients, recorded the anxiety score of the patients, the change of blood pressure, the way of delivery, the outcome of delivery and the quality of life of the 2 groups of patients. Statistical significance (P0.05), after nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the pre treatment group, the blood pressure of the 2 groups decreased (P0.05), and the decrease of blood pressure in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.05); the natural childbirth rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (42). At the same time, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, eclampsia, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, perinatal fetal mortality were lower than those of the control group (P0.05), and the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion antenatal combined nursing intervention could improve the anxiety state of hypertensive patients with pregnancy and decreased the state of anxiety in pregnancy. Hypotension, improve the natural delivery rate, improve the delivery outcome and quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion.
