應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型技術(shù)的評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:目的現(xiàn)有血型鑒定、交叉配血等技術(shù)難以滿足應(yīng)急輸血的需求,應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型技術(shù)克服了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)在突發(fā)事件條件下使用的缺陷。文中旨在探討應(yīng)用應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型技術(shù)進(jìn)行應(yīng)急血型檢測(cè)的可行性。方法選擇2016年2月至2016年7月南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬江寧醫(yī)院輸血科常規(guī)住院擬輸血、申請(qǐng)血型鑒定的患者1258例。所有患者抽取靜脈血3m L,EDTA抗凝。血型鑒定于標(biāo)本送達(dá)后4h內(nèi)完成,在不同的溫度條件下(4、22和37℃),采用應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型試劑檢測(cè)患者的全血樣本,以微柱凝膠卡法結(jié)果為對(duì)照,評(píng)估應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型技術(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性和特異性。結(jié)果與微柱凝膠卡法比較,應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型試劑對(duì)所有全血樣本定型符合率均為100%。應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法各溫度下溫度適應(yīng)性檢測(cè)結(jié)果的符合率均為100%。結(jié)論應(yīng)急快速ABO及RhD固相法血型定型技術(shù)具有良好的準(zhǔn)確性,適合應(yīng)急血型初篩。
[Abstract]:Objective the existing blood type identification and cross matching techniques are difficult to meet the needs of emergency blood transfusion. The emergency rapid ABO and RhD solid phase blood typing technology overcome the defects of the existing technology in the emergency condition. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of emergency blood group detection by using emergency rapid ABO and RhD solid-phase blood typing technique. Methods from February 2016 to July 2016, 1258 patients applying for blood type identification were selected from the Department of Blood Transfusion Department of Jiangning Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.
