【摘要】：目的探討專病一體化護(hù)理在2型糖尿病中的應(yīng)用方法與效果。方法選擇2011年8月到2015年2月在我院進(jìn)行診治的2型糖尿病患者104例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組各52例,兩組都用胰島素或降糖藥控制血糖,治療療程為3個(gè)月,在治療期間對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,試驗(yàn)組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予積極的專病一體化護(hù)理。結(jié)果護(hù)理后試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為98.1%與86.5%,試驗(yàn)組明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。在糖化血紅蛋白值和空腹血糖值上,對(duì)比護(hù)理前后,護(hù)理后有明顯降低(P0.05),同時(shí)護(hù)理后試驗(yàn)組的空腹血糖與糖化血紅蛋白值明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組護(hù)理后的病情監(jiān)測(cè)、并發(fā)癥管理、合理飲食、合理用藥和運(yùn)動(dòng)行為評(píng)分都明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。護(hù)理后試驗(yàn)組的自護(hù)技能、自護(hù)責(zé)任感、自我概念、健康知識(shí)評(píng)分都明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論專病一體化護(hù)理在2型糖尿病中的應(yīng)用能提高患者的自護(hù)能力,增加其疾病知識(shí)掌握程度,有利于血糖的控制,從而提高總體療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application and effect of integrated nursing in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 52) and the control group (n = 52). Both groups were treated with insulin or hypoglycemic drugs for 3 months. During the treatment, the control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given active integrated nursing. Results the total effective rates of the test group and the control group were 98.1% and 86.5%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). In the glycosylated hemoglobin value and fasting blood glucose value, compared before and after nursing, there was a significant decrease after nursing (P0.05), while the test group after nursing fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin value was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). The scores of condition monitoring, complication management, reasonable diet, rational drug use and exercise behavior in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). After nursing, the scores of self-care skills, self-care responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the application of integrated nursing in type 2 diabetes can improve the self-care ability of the patients, increase their knowledge of the disease, help to control the blood sugar, and improve the overall curative effect.
