【摘要】：目的研究干預(yù)護(hù)理在老年白內(nèi)障合并青光眼患者圍手術(shù)期的應(yīng)用效果。方法將2015年3月~2016年3月收治的白內(nèi)障合并青光眼老年患者106例作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為A組和B組。A組行整體干預(yù)護(hù)理,B組行常規(guī)護(hù)理。分析兩組的手術(shù)效果。結(jié)果 A組視力≥0.3為45例(84.9%)。B組視力≥0.3為38例(71.7%)。A組視力恢復(fù)≥0.3占比高于B組(P0.05)。A組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為5.7%,B組為15.1%。A組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于B組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年白內(nèi)障合并青光眼患者在圍手術(shù)期進(jìn)行干預(yù)護(hù)理可以提高術(shù)后視力恢復(fù)效果,減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of interventional nursing in the perioperative period of senile cataract patients with glaucoma. Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 106 cases of senile cataract patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B.
