【摘要】：觀察激光結(jié)合復(fù)方血栓通膠囊及羥苯磺酸鈣與護(hù)理治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的臨床療效。在嚴(yán)格控制血糖的基礎(chǔ)上,將2013年1月至2015年6月我院眼科收治的76例糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者隨機(jī)分成對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,各38例。對照組采取單純激光治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合復(fù)方血栓通膠囊及羥苯磺酸鈣治療。兩組采取相同的護(hù)理干預(yù)措施。治療后隨訪3至12個月,比較兩組臨床療效和視網(wǎng)膜出血、水腫及滲出吸收時間。實(shí)驗(yàn)組總有效率為83.6%明顯高于對照組的51.6%,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組視網(wǎng)膜出血吸收時間、水腫吸收時間和滲出吸收時間均短于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。激光結(jié)合復(fù)方血栓通膠囊及羥苯磺酸鈣與護(hù)理治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變安全有效。
[Abstract]:The clinical effect of laser combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule and calcium hydroxybenzosulfonate and nursing treatment of diabetic retinopathy was observed. On the basis of strict control of blood sugar, 76 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each with 38 cases. The control group took Dan Chunji. On the basis of light therapy, the experimental group was treated with compound thrombus Tong Capsule and calcium hydroxybenzosulfonate on the basis of the control group. The two groups took the same nursing intervention. After 3 to 12 months follow-up, the two groups of clinical effects and retinal hemorrhage, edema and exudative absorption time were compared. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.6% significantly higher than that of the control group of 51.6%, The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The time of retinal hemorrhage absorption, edema absorption time and exudation absorption time were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Laser combined with compound thrombus capsule and calcium hydroxybenzosulfonate and nursing treatment of diabetic retinopathy was safe and effective.
