【摘要】：目的探究羅伊適應(yīng)模式應(yīng)用于子宮肌瘤患者對其消極情感狀態(tài)及軀體癥狀的影響。方法選取該院婦科于2013年4月-2015年2月收治的88例子宮肌瘤患者,利用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法進(jìn)行分組,分別設(shè)為研究組和對照組,每組各44例。其中對照組開展常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù),研究組則實施羅伊適應(yīng)模式展開干預(yù)。兩組患者均于干預(yù)前及干預(yù)后第5天末接受焦慮自評量表(SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)及軀體癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)測評,記錄數(shù)據(jù)并做好對比。結(jié)果兩組在干預(yù)前的SAS和SDS評分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為0.891、0.703,均P0.05);干預(yù)后,研究組SAS和SDS評分均低于對照組,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為9.089、11.427,均P0.05)。兩組患者在干預(yù)前的軀體化癥狀評分(敵對性、軀體化、恐怖、強(qiáng)迫、人際關(guān)系、偏執(zhí)、抑郁、焦慮及精神病性方面)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為0.781、1.267、0.980、1.125、0.843、0.764、1.084、0.463和0.356,均P0.05);干預(yù)后,研究組在敵對性、軀體化、恐怖、強(qiáng)迫、人際關(guān)系、偏執(zhí)、抑郁、焦慮及精神病性方面評分均低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為7.901、8.350、11.267、9.378、10.270、8.462、9.301、6.470和8.972,均P0.05)。結(jié)論羅伊適應(yīng)模式應(yīng)用于子宮肌瘤患者,有助于減輕其焦慮、抑郁情緒,且能改善機(jī)體軀體功能癥狀,取得較為滿意的護(hù)理成效,值得進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Roy's adaptation model on the negative emotional state and somatic symptoms in patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods Eighty-eight patients with uterine leiomyoma admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to February 2015 were divided into study group and control group with 44 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing intervention, while the study group implemented Roy adaptation model intervention. The patients in both groups were assessed with self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating Depression scale (SDS) and somatic symptom Checklist (SCL 90) before and at the end of 5 days after intervention, and the data were recorded and compared. Results there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention (P < 0.05), and the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of somatization symptoms (hostility, somatization, phobia, compulsion, interpersonal relationships, paranoid ideation, depression, anxiety and psychosis) were not significantly different between the two groups before intervention (P < 0.05). The scores of hostility, somatization, phobia, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, paranoid ideation, depression, anxiety and psychosis in the study group were all lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (7.901 / 8.350 / 11.2679.378/ 10.2708.4629.301/ 9.3016.470 and 8.972respectively). Conclusion the application of Roy's adaptation model in patients with uterine leiomyoma is helpful to alleviate anxiety and depression, and can improve the symptoms of body function and obtain satisfactory nursing effect. It is worth further popularizing.
