【摘要】：基于愈創(chuàng)木酚(GA)/葡萄糖(GS)/辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)/葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)毛細(xì)熒光反應(yīng)體系,以1,4-對苯醌為新型交聯(lián)劑,將GOD固定在毛細(xì)管內(nèi)表面上,開發(fā)了一種測定血糖的方法。經(jīng)優(yōu)選得到傳感器連續(xù)測定反應(yīng)液21次后,響應(yīng)值仍有初始值的80%。保存在不同p H的PBS中(4℃),56 d后響應(yīng)值仍有初始值的87%。此傳感器測定GS的線性范圍為1~12 mmol/L,檢出限為0.82 mmol/L,RSD為4.2%(n=11),血清除蛋白后直接測定血糖,回收率為93.3%~108.4%。
