【摘要】：目的了解永久性腸造口患者傷殘接受度、心理一致感及生活質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,探討傷殘接受度、心理一致感對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法采用自制的一般資料調(diào)查表、傷殘接受度量表(Acceptance of Disabiliy Scale,AODS)、心理一致感量表(Sense of Coherence SOC)和中文版造口患者生活質(zhì)量問卷(City of Hope-Quality of life-Ostomy Questionnaire-Chinese Version COH-QOL-OQ)對(duì)青島市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院90例永久性腸造口患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果永久性結(jié)腸造口患者傷殘接受度總分為(79.01±4.21)分,心理一致感總分為(53.42±4.19)分,生活質(zhì)量總分為(4.47±1.31)分;生活質(zhì)量總分與傷殘接受度總分、心理一致感總分均呈正相關(guān),r值分別為0.520和0.552(P0.05);傷殘接受度、心理一致感、年齡、家庭平均月收入、造口時(shí)間進(jìn)入生活質(zhì)量的回歸模型(P0.05),R2=0.649。結(jié)論永久性腸造口患者傷殘接受度及生活質(zhì)量均處于中等水平,心理一致感處于低度水平,生活質(zhì)量與傷殘接受度、心理一致感密切相關(guān)。醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)重視提高腸造口患者的傷殘接受度和心理一致感水平,并根據(jù)患者的年齡、經(jīng)濟(jì)情況、造口時(shí)間給予個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù),從而改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the disability acceptance, psychological identity and quality of life of permanent enterostomy patients, and to explore the effect of disability acceptance and psychological identity on life quality. Methods A self-made general information questionnaire was used. 90 patients with permanent enterostomy in a Grade 3A hospital in Qingdao were investigated with acceptance of disability acceptance of scale (AODSU), sense of coherence (sense of coherence) and Chinese version of quality of life of patients with Ostomy (City of Hope-Questionnaire-Chinese version COH-QOL-OQ). Results the total score of disability acceptance was 79.01 鹵4.21, the total score of psychological congruence was 53.42 鹵4.19, the total score of quality of life was 4.47 鹵1.31, the total score of quality of life and the total acceptance of disability were 79.01 鹵4.21, 53.42 鹵4.19, 4.47 鹵1.31, respectively. The total scores of psychological identity were positively correlated with r values of 0.520 and 0.552%, respectively, and the regression model of disability acceptance, psychological identity, age, average monthly income of family, time of making mouth into quality of life (P0.05 / R2P _ (0.649). Conclusion the degree of disability and quality of life of patients with permanent enterostomy are at the medium level, and the sense of psychological consistency is at the low level. The quality of life is closely related to the acceptance of disability and the sense of psychological consistency. Medical staff should pay attention to improving the degree of disability acceptance and the level of psychological identity in patients with enterostomy, and give individualized nursing intervention according to the patient's age and economic situation, so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
