【摘要】：目的評價協(xié)同護理模式對潰瘍性結腸炎患者生活質量及住院次數的影響。方法將100例潰瘍性結腸炎患者隨機分為觀察組50例和對照組50例,對照組采取常規(guī)護理,觀察組在常規(guī)護理基礎上采取協(xié)同護理。比較兩組患者出院3個月后的生活質量和出院1年內平均住院次數。結果應用協(xié)同護理模式干預后,觀察組患者生活質量各因子評分均高于對照組(P0.01),觀察組患者1年內平均住院次數明顯低于對照組(P0.01)。結論協(xié)同護理模式應用于潰瘍性結腸炎患者,可提高患者的生活質量,降低住院次數。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of cooperative nursing mode on the quality of life and the times of hospitalization of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The quality of life (QOL) and the average number of hospitalizations within 1 year after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of quality of life of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.01), and the average hospitalization times of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion the application of cooperative nursing mode in ulcerative colitis can improve the quality of life and reduce the number of hospitalization.
