【摘要】：目的探討綜合護理干預在提高長程視頻腦電圖監(jiān)測患者舒適水平中的應用效果。方法選取2014年6月~2016年6月在我院就診的發(fā)作性疾病128例進行研究,隨機分組,對照組患者進行常規(guī)護理,觀察組患者進行綜合護理干預,比較兩組患者護理不良事件、睜閉眼試驗、過度換氣試驗成功率與護理舒適度。結(jié)果觀察組患者電極松動3.13%、導聯(lián)脫落1.56%、電線損壞發(fā)生率為1.56%,與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);兩組患者睜閉眼試驗、過度換氣試驗成功率與檢查過程中的護理滿意情況比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對長程視頻腦電圖監(jiān)測患者進行系統(tǒng)的評估和綜合護理干預不僅有助于提高長程視頻腦電圖監(jiān)測患者的舒適水平,且有助于降低不良事件發(fā)生率、提高檢查成功率,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the comfortable level of long-range video EEG monitoring patients. Methods 128 patients with paroxysmal diseases in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the adverse events of nursing were compared between the two groups. The success rate and nursing comfort of eye-open test and overventilation test were studied. Results in the observation group, the electrode loosened 3.13%, the lead dropped 1.56%, the incidence of wire damage was 1.56%, the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group, the success rate of the two groups was compared with that of the control group, and the success rate of the two groups was compared with the nursing satisfaction during the examination. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the systematic evaluation and comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with long range video EEG monitoring can not only improve the comfort level of patients with long range video EEG monitoring, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the success rate of examination. It is worth popularizing.
