【摘要】：本文介紹了騎馬機(jī)治療作為一種康復(fù)治療方法,在兒童康復(fù)領(lǐng)域、神經(jīng)骨骼肌肉系統(tǒng)疾病(腦卒中、腦外傷疾病等)及老年人群中的應(yīng)用,并進(jìn)一步探討了其神經(jīng)肌肉激活原理、核心力量原理、感覺整合原理。騎馬機(jī)還需結(jié)合人機(jī)互動(dòng)和現(xiàn)代物理技術(shù),做進(jìn)一步改造,以便在康復(fù)領(lǐng)域推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the application of horse riding machine therapy as a rehabilitation method in the field of children's rehabilitation, neuroskeletal and muscular diseases (stroke, brain trauma, etc.) and the elderly population.The principles of neuromuscular activation, core strength and sensory integration were further discussed.In order to popularize and apply in the field of rehabilitation, the horse riding machine should be further modified by the combination of man-machine interaction and modern physics technology.
