【摘要】：目的了解癌癥患者健康素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,并探討其影響因素。方法 2014年7-11月,采用便利抽樣法選取福州市某三級甲等綜合性醫(yī)院353例住院癌癥患者為研究對象。采用一般情況調(diào)查表及慢性病患者健康素養(yǎng)調(diào)查量表對其進(jìn)行健康素養(yǎng)調(diào)查。結(jié)果 39.1%癌癥患者具備健康素養(yǎng),其中具備信息獲取能力、交流互動能力、改善健康意愿、經(jīng)濟(jì)支持意愿的比例分別為57.2%、47.0%、72.5%、48.0%;多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,癌癥患者健康素養(yǎng)的影響因素為年齡、居住地和文化程度(均P0.05)。結(jié)論癌癥患者健康素養(yǎng)處于中等偏低水平,提示醫(yī)護(hù)人員在進(jìn)行健康教育時(shí),應(yīng)針對患者的不同特點(diǎn),開展有針對性的教育,并著重加強(qiáng)對老年患者、低文化程度和農(nóng)村癌癥患者的健康指導(dǎo),以提高其健康素養(yǎng)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of health literacy of cancer patients and explore its influencing factors.Methods from July to November, 2014, 353 inpatients with cancer in a general hospital of Grade 3A in Fuzhou were selected by convenience sampling method.General situation questionnaire and health literacy questionnaire were used to investigate the health literacy of chronic patients.Results 39.1% of cancer patients had health literacy, including the ability of obtaining information, the ability of communication and interaction, the ability of improving health willingness, and the proportion of willingness of economic support were 57.2% and 47.0%, respectively. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the proportion of patients with cancer was 72.5% and 48.0%, respectively.The influencing factors of health literacy of cancer patients were age, residence and education level (all P 0.05).Conclusion the health literacy of cancer patients is in the middle and low level, which suggests that health education should be carried out according to the different characteristics of the patients, and the emphasis should be placed on strengthening the health education for the elderly patients.Low education level and rural cancer patients health guidance to improve their health literacy level.
