【摘要】：目的:分析彈力網(wǎng)狀繃帶在外周靜脈留置針固定的臨床應用效果、并發(fā)癥及護理質(zhì)量。方法:選取2015年5月至2016年5月于我院接受醫(yī)治的106例外周靜脈留置針患者臨床資料,依據(jù)固定方式的不同,分設為試驗組(53例)與對照組(53例),對照組行微孔膠布粘貼固定,試驗組行彈力網(wǎng)狀繃帶固定并予以護理干預,比對兩組靜脈針留置情況、靜脈炎發(fā)生情況以及并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果:試驗組靜脈針留置情況顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異比較具統(tǒng)計學上的意義(P0.05);且試驗組靜脈炎發(fā)生情況少于對照組;試驗組皮膚過敏、針頭脫落等并發(fā)癥情況少于對照組,差異比較具統(tǒng)計學上的意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:外周靜脈留置針患者行彈力網(wǎng)狀繃帶固定可延長留置針的留置時間,并減少靜脈炎與并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,具有一定臨床應用與研究價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect, complications and nursing quality of elastic mesh bandage in peripheral vein indwelling needle fixation.Methods: the clinical data of 106 patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected. According to the different fixation methods, the experimental group (53 cases) and the control group (53 cases) and the control group (53 cases) were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 53) and the control group (n = 53).The experimental group was fixed with elastic mesh bandage and nursing intervention. The venous needle indwelling, phlebitis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results: the venous needle indwelling in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the complications of skin allergy and needle shedding in the experimental group were less than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: elastic mesh bandage fixation can prolong the indwelling time and reduce the incidence of phlebitis and complications in patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle. It has certain clinical application and research value.
