【摘要】：目的:觀察不同貼扎方式下肌內(nèi)效貼的回縮力特征,及貼扎后對健康成人受試者皮下間隙的即刻影響。方法:按測試及干預要求制備肌內(nèi)效貼(kinesio taping,KT)及具相同顏色、形狀及大小的無彈性安慰貼布(placebo taping,PT)。采用濟南藍光XLW型電子拉力機分析施加不同拉力各形狀貼布的力學特征。同時選取40例健康成年人,隨機配對分為肌內(nèi)效貼組(KT試驗組)與安慰貼扎(PT對照組)各20例。對健康受試者前臂施以不同拉力、回縮方向的Y形貼扎,采用美國通用公司logiq 9型彩超比較貼扎處理前、貼扎后即刻的皮下間隙(subcutaneous space,SS)。結(jié)果:1肌內(nèi)效貼布在施加一定范圍的拉力下,回縮力具有等比上升的趨勢,但接近極限拉力,會影響其材質(zhì)的正常特性。貼布長度變長后其整體回縮力反而有所降低。2特定拉力下試驗組方法的組內(nèi)前后比較SS有顯著差異(P0.01),對照組各方法前后比較未見顯著差異,與試驗組組間比較,SS值也有顯著差異(P0.01)。試驗組拉力增加到100%時,SS組內(nèi)前后比較未見顯著性差異。在相同拉力條件下,貼扎方向并沒有明顯影響SS。結(jié)論:肌內(nèi)效貼材料的回縮力與外在拉力、貼布形狀及長度有關。特定的拉力大小下,肌內(nèi)效貼可影響局部貼扎處的皮下間隙,但力學因素可能大于方向因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the retractive force characteristics of intramuscular patch under different binding methods and its immediate effect on subcutaneous space of healthy adult subjects. Methods: according to the requirements of test and intervention, we prepared kinesio taping KT and had the same color. An inelastic comfort patch with shape and size, placebo taping pad, was used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of different shapes of tension applied by Jinan blue light XLW electronic tension machine. 40 healthy adults were selected at the same time. Two groups were randomly divided into intramuscular patch group (KT) group (n = 20) and comfort patch (PT control group) (n = 20). Y-shaped patch with different pulling force and retractive direction was applied to the forearm of healthy subjects, and logiq 9 color Doppler ultrasound was used to compare the effect before ligation. The subcutaneous space immediately after attachment was subcutaneously spaced. Results under a certain range of tensile forces, the retractive force of the 1 / 1 intramuscular patch had an equal upward trend, but was close to the ultimate tensile force. It will affect the normal properties of the material. When the length of the adhesive cloth becomes longer, the overall retractive force of the test group will decrease by .2. 2 under the specific tensile force, there is a significant difference in the SS of the test group before and after the test group (P 0.01), but there is no significant difference between the two groups before and after the comparison of the methods in the control group. There was also a significant difference in SS between the test group and the test group (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the tensile force between the test group and the control group before and after the increase of the tensile force in the control group. Under the same tension conditions, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the retractive force of the material is related to the external tension, the shape and the length of the adhesive. But the mechanical factors may be larger than the directional factors.
