【摘要】：目的觀察優(yōu)質護理服務聯合臨床護理路徑在大腸息肉行電凝電切術患者中的應用效果。方法將132例大腸息肉行電凝電切術患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組66例。觀察組患者運用優(yōu)質護理聯合臨床護理路徑的護理模式,對照組則運用常規(guī)護理模式。調查兩組患者出院時對疾病健康知識的了解情況及對護理服務的滿意度,并統(tǒng)計患者的住院時間和住院費用。結果觀察組患者疾病健康知識得分的高分段比例顯著高于對照組(P0.01)。與對照組比較,觀察組患者的住院時間顯著縮短,住院費用顯著降低(P0.05)。觀察組患者的總滿意率顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結論優(yōu)質護理服務聯合臨床護理路徑應用于大腸息肉行電凝電切術患者中,不僅有利于規(guī)范臨床護理工作,提高服務質量,而且能促進患者康復,減少不必要的醫(yī)療費用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of high quality nursing service combined with clinical nursing path in patients with colorectal polyps undergoing electrocoagulation. Methods 132 patients with colorectal polyps undergoing electrocoagulation were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. There were 66 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with high quality nursing combined with clinical nursing path, while the patients in the control group were treated with the routine nursing mode. The knowledge of disease health and the satisfaction with nursing service were investigated when the patients were discharged from the hospital in both groups. Results the proportion of high score of disease health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01). Compared with the control group, the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the combination of high quality nursing service and clinical nursing pathway is not only beneficial to standardize the clinical nursing work, but also to the patients undergoing electrocoagulation and electroresection of colorectal polyps. Improve the quality of service, and can promote patient rehabilitation, reduce unnecessary medical costs.
