【摘要】：目的探討疼痛管理知識培訓對改善外科護士疼痛知識和態(tài)度的效果。方法對本院94名外科護士進行疼痛管理知識培訓,培訓前后對外科護士疼痛知識和態(tài)度進行測評,比較培訓前后外科護士對KASRP(2008)中文版問卷的總體回答情況及問卷4個維度的回答情況。結(jié)果培訓后護士對KASRP(2008)中文版問卷及問卷4個維度的答對條目數(shù)均高于培訓前(P0.01)。結(jié)論疼痛管理知識培訓能有效提高和改善外科護士疼痛知識和態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of pain management knowledge training on improving surgical nurses' pain knowledge and attitude. Methods 94 surgical nurses in our hospital were trained in pain management knowledge. The pain knowledge and attitude of surgical nurses were evaluated before and after training. The total responses of the Chinese version of the questionnaire and the responses of the four dimensions of the questionnaire were compared before and after the training. Conclusion pain management knowledge training can effectively improve surgical nurses' pain knowledge and attitude.
