【摘要】：經(jīng)考,袁淑任彭城王義康軍司祭酒是在元嘉八年(431年),任衡陽王義季右軍主簿是在元嘉九年(432年),任衛(wèi)軍臨川王劉義慶諮議參軍是在元嘉十六年(439年),任宣城太守是在元嘉十九年(442年),入補(bǔ)中書侍郎是在元嘉二十一年(444年),任太子中庶子是在元嘉二十四年(447年),任始興王征北長(zhǎng)史、南東海太守是在元嘉二十七年(450年),任御史中丞是在元嘉二十八年(451年)。另考,袁淑《種蘭詩(shī)》作于元嘉八年(431年),《游新亭曲水詩(shī)序》作于元嘉十一年(434年),《防御索虜議》《始興王浚書》作于元嘉二十七年(450年),《與何尚之書》《鸚鵡賦》作于元嘉二十九年(452年)。
