中國(guó)銀河證券APN業(yè)務(wù)需求分析與管理

【摘要】：中國(guó)聯(lián)通北方六省BSS系統(tǒng)融合項(xiàng)目(以下簡(jiǎn)稱北六融合項(xiàng)目)是聯(lián)通在2010年開始實(shí)施的重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,預(yù)計(jì)在2012年6月在北京上線。新的系統(tǒng)融合了原營(yíng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)、計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)等多個(gè)獨(dú)立的業(yè)務(wù)受理系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)之間的聯(lián)系,為業(yè)務(wù)人員提供了統(tǒng)一的工作平臺(tái)。 本文詳細(xì)的介紹了中國(guó)聯(lián)通北京分公司信息化部在中國(guó)聯(lián)通北方六省BSS系統(tǒng)融合項(xiàng)目中集團(tuán)大客戶中國(guó)銀河證券APN業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)業(yè)受理系統(tǒng)增加行業(yè)應(yīng)用套餐功能的需求分析與需求管理過程。本文并不是一個(gè)需求文檔,而是一個(gè)通過實(shí)際需求分析過程表現(xiàn)的需求管理在軟件開發(fā)過程中體現(xiàn)的角色。文章整體分為三個(gè)部分,第-部分描述BSS系統(tǒng)的組成及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及需求分析與需求管理的理論關(guān)系；第二部分介紹了中國(guó)聯(lián)通北六融合項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目背景；第三部分通過中國(guó)銀河證券APN業(yè)務(wù)的需求分析實(shí)例以及最終結(jié)果展示,作為理論闡述的驗(yàn)證。 由于項(xiàng)目背景復(fù)雜而龐大,需要在項(xiàng)目管理的環(huán)節(jié)中引入需求管理方法,對(duì)用戶提出的眾多需求做到統(tǒng)一的掌控和調(diào)配。雖然銀河證券提出的業(yè)務(wù)需求只是系統(tǒng)融合項(xiàng)目中上千項(xiàng)需求中的一項(xiàng),但通過完整的需求管理流程,體現(xiàn)了此需求從前期溝通到后期實(shí)現(xiàn)的整個(gè)過程在復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)中的解決方法。通過參與這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,可以感受到出需求分析已不再是簡(jiǎn)單的軟件工程中的一個(gè)技術(shù)分析環(huán)節(jié),而是一個(gè)體現(xiàn)管理和服務(wù)的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。 由于中國(guó)銀河證券提出的APN業(yè)務(wù)需求屬于在系統(tǒng)融合過程中的新增需求,即不涉及與原系統(tǒng)中的功能差異,存預(yù)計(jì)的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成了在核心系統(tǒng)測(cè)試版本的功能開發(fā),但由于是在新系統(tǒng)中直接開發(fā),所以無法獨(dú)立上線,口前處于等待網(wǎng)絡(luò)割接狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:China Unicom North China Unicom six provinces BSS system convergence project (hereinafter referred to as the North six convergence project) is the key construction project that Unicom started in 2010 and is expected to be launched in Beijing in June 2012. The new system integrates many independent business acceptance systems, such as the original business system, the billing system and so on, strengthens the connection between the systems, and provides a unified working platform for business personnel. This paper introduces in detail the needs of China Unicom Beijing Branch's Information Technology Department in the BSS system fusion project of six northern provinces of China Unicom in the group's major customer, China Galaxy Securities APN Business reception system, to increase the function of the industry application package. Analysis and demand management process. This paper is not a requirement document, but the role of requirement management in software development through the process of actual requirements analysis. The article is divided into three parts, the first part describes the composition and development status of BSS system, and the theoretical relationship between demand analysis and demand management, the second part introduces the project background of China Unicom North six fusion project. In the third part, the demand analysis and final results of Galactic Securities APN business in China are presented as the verification of the theory. Because the background of the project is complex and huge, it is necessary to introduce the method of demand management in the link of project management, so as to control and allocate the many demands put forward by the users in a unified way. Although the business requirements raised by Galaxy Securities are only one of the thousands of requirements in the systems convergence project, through a complete requirements management process, It reflects the solution of the whole process from the early communication to the later realization in the complex system. By participating in the implementation of this project, it can be seen that requirement analysis is no longer a technical analysis link in simple software engineering, but a key link reflecting management and service. As the APN business requirements put forward by China Galaxy Securities belong to the new requirements in the process of system convergence, that is, the functional differences between the system and the original system are not involved, the functional development of the core system test version is completed within the expected time. However, because it is developed directly in the new system, it can not go on line independently, and it is waiting for the network to be cut off in front of the port.
