【摘要】：從1986年新中國第一家證券營業(yè)部成立以來,證券行業(yè)發(fā)展至今,全國證券營業(yè)部的數(shù)量已經(jīng)超過了4600家,遍布全國的所有省份。但是由于多數(shù)證券營業(yè)部自身沒有鮮明的品牌特色,且大多數(shù)都停留在低層次的價(jià)格競爭上,導(dǎo)致各個(gè)證券營業(yè)部的收入日益下降。另一方面,為了爭奪客戶,各證券營業(yè)部都大力加強(qiáng)硬件設(shè)施的建設(shè)和更新,各券商在硬件設(shè)施方面的互相競爭,使?fàn)I業(yè)部的費(fèi)用支出不斷增加,隨著收入的日益下降,費(fèi)用的日益上升,原來尚能盈利的證券營業(yè)部轉(zhuǎn)入虧損,許多營業(yè)部的生存和發(fā)展都面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。中原證券洛陽區(qū)域的三家證券營業(yè)部就是處于這樣激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中,“營業(yè)部能否生存,能否發(fā)展”成為擺在三家證券營業(yè)部的管理層面前亟待解決的問題。 通過對證券市場多年來的探索和實(shí)踐,本文將證券營業(yè)部的運(yùn)營模式作為研究對象,探討在洛陽區(qū)域構(gòu)建輕型證券營業(yè)部的運(yùn)營設(shè)計(jì)。 文章首先對中原證券洛陽區(qū)域三家證券營業(yè)部的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,指出證券業(yè)正在逐步邁入一個(gè)市場監(jiān)管日益規(guī)范、行業(yè)內(nèi)競爭日益加劇的新局面,說明建設(shè)輕型證券營業(yè)部的必要性。然后,對中原證券洛陽區(qū)域三家證券營業(yè)部的內(nèi)外部資源條件送行了分析,從市場條件、技術(shù)水平、管理能力等方面介紹營業(yè)部所具備的條件,分析建設(shè)輕型證券營業(yè)部的可行性。最后,結(jié)合營業(yè)部內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和資源的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用管理創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)思想和理論,提出了輕型證券營業(yè)部運(yùn)營設(shè)計(jì)方案。 本文的研究對于中原證券洛陽區(qū)域輕型證券營業(yè)部方案設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)施有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,對公司其他證券營業(yè)部建設(shè)輕型營業(yè)部具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the first securities business department in New China in 1986, the number of securities business departments in China has exceeded 4600, covering all provinces of the country. However, most of the securities sales departments have no distinctive brand characteristics, and most of them stay on the low level of price competition, which leads to the decline of the income of each securities sales department. On the other hand, in order to compete for customers, all the securities business departments have made great efforts to strengthen the construction and renewal of hardware facilities. With the increasing of expenses, the original profitable securities business department turns into a loss, and many business departments are faced with severe challenges for their survival and development. The three securities business departments in Luoyang area of Central Plains are in such fierce market competition environment. "whether the business department can survive and develop" has become an urgent problem to be solved in front of the management of the three securities business departments. Through the exploration and practice of the securities market for many years, this paper takes the operation mode of the securities business department as the research object, and discusses the operation design of the light stock business department in Luoyang area. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the three securities business departments in Luoyang area of Zhongyuan Securities, and points out that the securities industry is gradually entering a new situation where the market supervision is becoming more and more standardized and the competition in the industry is intensifying day by day. Explain the necessity of constructing light securities business department. Then, the internal and external resource conditions of the three securities business departments in Luoyang area of Zhongyuan Securities are analyzed, and the conditions of the sales department are introduced from the aspects of market conditions, technical level, management ability, etc. Analyze the feasibility of constructing light-duty securities business department. Finally, combined with the characteristics of internal and external environment and resources of the business department, the paper puts forward the operation design scheme of the light stock sales department by using the relevant ideas and theories of management innovation. The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for the project design and implementation of the light securities business department in Luoyang area of Zhongyuan Securities, and has certain reference value for other securities business departments of the company to build the light business department.
