【摘要】：本文首先具體回顧了我國國債恢復(fù)發(fā)行30年來國債實(shí)踐的演進(jìn)過程,并根據(jù)國債發(fā)行規(guī)模的變化及同期我國經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢和政策制定,把我國國債實(shí)踐發(fā)展經(jīng)歷劃分為5個階段。在此基礎(chǔ)上具體分析了國債發(fā)行量、財(cái)政赤字、財(cái)政收入之間數(shù)量及占比關(guān)系。接下來通過實(shí)證分析檢驗(yàn)了國債發(fā)行對于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示我國國債發(fā)行對于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長長期存在正向的拉動效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:This paper firstly reviews the evolution process of the practice of national debt in the past 30 years, and divides the practice of national debt into five stages according to the change of the issuing scale of national debt and the formulation of economic situation and policy in the same period. On this basis, the paper analyzes the relationship between the amount of national debt issuance, the fiscal deficit, the amount and proportion of fiscal revenue. The empirical results show that there is a long-term positive pull effect on the economic growth in China.
