【摘要】：目前,對(duì)于證券投資基金的評(píng)價(jià)往往側(cè)重于考察證券投資基金的單位資產(chǎn)凈值、投資收益率、投資回報(bào)率、投資組合、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等角度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，從SRI角度對(duì)基金進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的研究和實(shí)踐寥寥無(wú)幾，這顯然與SRI在全球范圍內(nèi)的爆炸式發(fā)展不相協(xié)調(diào)，這也為學(xué)術(shù)界進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展基金評(píng)價(jià)指明了方向�；诖耍瑸樘接憦腟RI角度對(duì)證券投資基金進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)排名的途徑和方法、推動(dòng)中國(guó)SRI向前發(fā)展、推進(jìn)中國(guó)上市公司乃至所有企業(yè)更好地開(kāi)展社會(huì)責(zé)任管理和實(shí)踐，本研究著力對(duì)中國(guó)證券投資基金2010社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了有益的探討。 本研究致力于研究以下問(wèn)題：1.國(guó)內(nèi)外SIR研究現(xiàn)狀；2.證券投資基金社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)路線；3.中國(guó)證券投資基金狀況；4.中國(guó)證券投資基金社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)。全文共分為四個(gè)章節(jié)，具體來(lái)看： 第一章：前言。 主要介紹研究背景，選題意義，研究框架，研究方法；對(duì)已有的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述，并提出本研究的創(chuàng)新、不足以及進(jìn)一步完善之處。 第二章：證券投資基金社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)研究對(duì)象。 主要介紹我國(guó)當(dāng)前制度環(huán)境之下涉及證券投資基金的基本知識(shí)，中國(guó)證券投資基金市場(chǎng)的基本情況以及評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象。 第三章：證券投資基金社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)路線。 主要構(gòu)建技術(shù)路線并對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)解釋。 第四章：證券投資基金社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)研究結(jié)果。 主要指出責(zé)任缺失企業(yè)情況，詳細(xì)分析評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象基金總體情況，，不負(fù)責(zé)任基金情況，指出前20名不負(fù)責(zé)任基金；得出本研究的主要結(jié)論并給出政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the evaluation of securities investment funds often focuses on the evaluation of the equity per unit, the rate of return on investment, the investment portfolio, the investment risk, and so on. The research and practice of fund evaluation from the perspective of SRI is very few, which obviously does not coordinate with the explosive development of SRI in the global scope, which also points out the direction for further development of fund evaluation in academic circles. Based on this, in order to explore the ways and methods to evaluate and rank securities investment funds from the perspective of SRI, to promote the development of China's SRI, and to promote the Chinese listed companies and all enterprises to better carry out the management and practice of social responsibility. This study focuses on the evaluation of social responsibility of China Securities Investment Fund 2010. This study focuses on the following question: 1: 1. The present situation of SIR research at home and abroad. The technical line of social responsibility evaluation of securities investment fund is 3. China's securities investment funds. Evaluation of Social responsibility of China Securities Investment Fund. The full text is divided into four chapters in detail: chapter one: preface. This paper mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the research framework, the research methods, summarizes the existing literature, and puts forward the innovation, deficiency and further improvement of this study. The second chapter: the research object of social responsibility evaluation of securities investment fund. This paper mainly introduces the basic knowledge of the securities investment funds in the current institutional environment of our country, the basic situation of the securities investment fund market in China and the object of evaluation. Chapter three: the technical route of social responsibility evaluation of securities investment fund. Mainly build the technical route and explain it in detail. Chapter four: research results of social responsibility evaluation of securities investment funds. This paper mainly points out the situation of the enterprises with lack of responsibility, analyzes in detail the overall situation of the target fund and the situation of the irresponsible fund, points out the top 20 irresponsible funds, and draws the main conclusions of this study and gives some policy recommendations.
