【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的深入，提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力，以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為主導(dǎo)，積極探索具有區(qū)域特色的自主創(chuàng)新體系已成為科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略基點(diǎn)和調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的中心環(huán)節(jié)。創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)作為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工程的三大載體之一，其地位和作用正在明顯顯現(xiàn)。企業(yè)上市是企業(yè)發(fā)展強(qiáng)大的必要手段和有效途徑，創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)發(fā)展離不開上市融資。因此，研究創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市影響因素具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在綜合分析研究國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市影響因素成果的基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市這一主線，結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況，深刻分析課題研究的背景及意義，從影響創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市的外部及內(nèi)部因素出發(fā)，，深入分析各因素對創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市的影響程度，且重點(diǎn)分析了內(nèi)部影響因素對創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市的影響，運(yùn)用二元分析和主成分分析方法，分析各個因素的影響程度，并指出主要影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上，指出我國創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市過程中存在的問題，針對這些問題提出加快我國創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)上市步伐的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the economic globalization and the integration of the world economy, improving the innovation ability of enterprises, taking technological innovation as the leading factor and actively exploring the independent innovation system with regional characteristics, has become the strategic basis point for the development of science and technology and the adjustment of industrial structure. The central link of changing the mode of economic growth. As one of the three carriers of technological innovation project, the position and role of innovative (pilot) enterprises are evident. Enterprise listing is a necessary and effective way for the development of enterprises. Innovative (pilot) enterprises can not develop without listing financing. Therefore, the study of innovative (pilot) listed factors has important theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of synthetically analyzing and studying the achievements of scholars at home and abroad about the factors influencing the listing of technological innovation enterprises, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on the background and significance of the research, focusing on the main line of listing of technological innovation enterprises and combining the actual situation of our country. Starting from the external and internal factors that affect the listing of innovative enterprises, this paper deeply analyzes the influence of various factors on the listing of innovative enterprises, and focuses on the impact of internal factors on the listing of innovative enterprises. By using the method of binary analysis and principal component analysis, the influence degree of each factor is analyzed, and the main influencing factors are pointed out. On this basis, this paper points out the problems existing in the process of listing innovative enterprises in China, and puts forward some policy suggestions for speeding up the listing of innovative enterprises in China.
