【摘要】：《國務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)資本市場健康發(fā)展的若干意見》(簡稱"新國九條")的公布,引起了市場輿論的廣泛關(guān)注。文章作者通過"新國九條"與十年前的"國九條"進(jìn)行對比,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢和市場特點(diǎn)分析了"新國九條"的用意及其影響。
[Abstract]:The announcement of "some opinions of the State Council on further promoting the healthy Development of Capital Market" (referred to as "the Nine articles of the New country") has aroused widespread concern of market public opinion. In this paper, the author compares the "Nine articles of the New Nation" with the "Nine articles of the State" ten years ago, and analyzes the intention and influence of the "Nine articles of the New Nation" in the light of the current economic situation and the characteristics of the market.
