【摘要】：本文首先對(duì)證券投資基金產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的要素進(jìn)行分析，從現(xiàn)有基金種類、投資策略以及費(fèi)率設(shè)計(jì)等方面給出大致方向，接著闡述國外基金市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，其后作為對(duì)比，回顧我國基金市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀，同時(shí)介紹了基金產(chǎn)品與市場(chǎng)指數(shù)、銷售渠道及監(jiān)管之間的聯(lián)系，并指出證券投資信托計(jì)劃與券商集合理財(cái)之間的區(qū)別，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出基金產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新的必要性、原則及發(fā)展方向，最后列舉了我國證券投資基金產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新在市場(chǎng)上的具體應(yīng)用，最終得出結(jié)論從投資品種、營銷方式等方面強(qiáng)化基金產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新，，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前頒布的關(guān)于證券投資基金投資衍生產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)政策是今后基金產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)所在。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the elements of product design of securities investment funds, gives a general direction from the types of existing funds, investment strategies and rate design, and then describes the development of foreign funds market, and then as a comparison. This paper reviews the development history and present situation of fund market products in China, introduces the relationship between fund products and market index, sales channels and supervision, and points out the difference between securities investment trust plan and collective financial management of securities firms. On this basis, the necessity, principle and development direction of fund product design innovation are put forward. Finally, the concrete application of securities investment fund product innovation in the market is listed, and the final conclusion is drawn from the investment variety. It is the key point of fund product design in the future to strengthen the innovation of fund product design in marketing way and combine with the relevant policy about investment derivative product of securities investment fund issued at present.
