【摘要】：我國基金業(yè)的發(fā)展正步入一個(gè)全新的轉(zhuǎn)型階段,近幾年我國基金業(yè)“老鼠倉”、市場擇時(shí)和盤后交易等違規(guī)現(xiàn)象的頻繁發(fā)生以及在公司治理方面暴露出的問題,對加強(qiáng)基金管理公司的內(nèi)部治理提出了迫切的要求�；饦I(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型主要從基金業(yè)的發(fā)展特征、基金管理公司的結(jié)構(gòu)、基金投資人的行為理念等方面發(fā)生變化。因此對基金管理公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)的深入研究不僅具有重要的理論意義,而且對基金業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展有監(jiān)管層面的意義。 本文從基金治理結(jié)構(gòu)的理論基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),結(jié)合我國基金業(yè)面臨的主要矛盾和挑戰(zhàn)的現(xiàn)狀,深入分析基金管理公司的治理結(jié)構(gòu)。并用OLS回歸和分位數(shù)回歸等實(shí)證分析的方法對公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)和公司治理有效性、公司績效之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的關(guān)聯(lián),從而為我國基金業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的主要層面---基金管理公司的結(jié)構(gòu)提供實(shí)證基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The development of fund industry in our country is stepping into a new transition stage. In recent years, the illegal phenomena such as "rat warehouse", market timing and after-market trading in China's fund industry have occurred frequently and problems in corporate governance have been exposed. To strengthen the internal governance of fund management companies put forward urgent requirements. The transformation of fund industry mainly changes from the development characteristics of fund industry, the structure of fund management company and the behavior idea of fund investors. Therefore, the in-depth study of the governance structure of the fund management company is not only of great theoretical significance, but also of regulatory significance to the sustainable development of the fund industry. Based on the theoretical basis of the fund governance structure and the current situation of the main contradictions and challenges faced by the fund industry in China, this paper deeply analyzes the governance structure of the fund management company. The relationship between corporate governance structure, corporate governance effectiveness and corporate performance is studied by using OLS regression and quantile regression. Thus, it provides an empirical basis for the structure of fund management companies, which is the main aspect of fund industry transformation in China.
