【摘要】：證券市場在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位是舉足輕重的,在經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面和資源優(yōu)化配置方面效果更加顯著。經(jīng)過了2007—2009年證券市場的大起大落以后,我們更應(yīng)該理性去投資,去發(fā)掘證券產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際價值。以往的概念炒作已經(jīng)不能成為投資人做決策的主要依據(jù),取而代之的是以證券的內(nèi)在價值為基礎(chǔ)的價值投資理念。 本文以我國A股市場煤炭行業(yè)板塊中的山西西山煤電股份公司為研究對象,探索如何研究上市公司的內(nèi)在投資價值。文中以上市公司的歷年年報(bào),財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)及其他相關(guān)的信息為分析基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用價值分析法,結(jié)合MBA學(xué)習(xí)的相關(guān)理論知識和方法,對其內(nèi)在價值進(jìn)行研究和分析。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容分為三部分。首先,對西山煤電的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,即從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會、技術(shù)等方面闡述了西山煤電的宏觀環(huán)境,從行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及運(yùn)用波特五力模型分析了西山煤電所處的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境。其次,以西山煤電公司的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表為基礎(chǔ)分析了該公司的贏利能力、償債能力、經(jīng)營能力、盈利能力等。最后,通過市盈率法、EVA等價值評估方法對西山煤電的投資價值進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,為投資者提供了比較準(zhǔn)確合理的投資價值范圍。本文也為投資者的投資決策提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The stock market plays an important role in the economic development, and it is more effective in the adjustment of economic structure and the optimal allocation of resources.After the ups and downs of the securities market in 2007-2009, we should invest rationally to discover the real value of securities products.The former concept speculation can no longer be the main basis for investors to make decisions. Instead, it is based on the intrinsic value of securities.This paper takes Shanxi Xishan Coal and Power Co., Ltd in the coal industry of A share market as the research object to explore how to study the intrinsic investment value of listed companies.Based on the annual reports, financial data and other relevant information of listed companies, this paper studies and analyzes the intrinsic value of listed companies by using value analysis method and combining with the relevant theoretical knowledge and methods of MBA learning.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts.First of all, the external environment of Xishan coal power is analyzed, that is, the macroscopic environment of Xishan coal power is expounded from the aspects of economy, politics, society and technology.This paper analyzes the industrial environment of Xishan Coal Power Company by using Porter's five-force model.Secondly, based on the financial statements of Xishan Coal Power Company, this paper analyzes the profitability, solvency, management ability and profitability of Xishan Coal Power Company.Finally, the paper calculates the investment value of Xishan coal power through the value evaluation method such as P / E ratio and EVA, which provides a more accurate and reasonable range of investment value for investors.This paper also provides a theoretical basis for investors to make investment decisions.
