【摘要】：作為新興的資本市場國家，較大的外部融資約束導(dǎo)致我國企業(yè)集團存在著較強的內(nèi)部資本市場融資動機，近年來不斷涌現(xiàn)的“系族”就是我國企業(yè)集團內(nèi)部資本市場功能機制的外在體現(xiàn)。系族下屬成員公司之間因控股關(guān)系的存在而形成復(fù)雜的利益關(guān)系，彼此之間存在著頻繁的業(yè)務(wù)往來。這種密切的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)對系族企業(yè)內(nèi)部資本市場的效率會造成怎樣的影響呢，有必要從系族的實際出發(fā)對二者關(guān)系進行實證檢驗。 首先，，本文系統(tǒng)回顧了系族企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)性與內(nèi)部資本市場效率關(guān)系的相關(guān)文獻，分析了目前存在的兩類相反的觀點：即正向和反向兩種關(guān)系，接下來，文章概括介紹了系族企業(yè)的含義及特征和多元化業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)性的相關(guān)理論。 然后，對內(nèi)部資本市場的存在性進行了界定，并通過多元線性回歸分析的方法實證檢驗了我國系族企業(yè)內(nèi)部資本市場的存在性，為接下來的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 最后，根據(jù)本文研究目的建立了多元化業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)性的測度體系，并采用敏感性現(xiàn)金流方法來度量企業(yè)的內(nèi)部資本市場效率，從而確立了實證檢驗業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)性與內(nèi)部資本市場效率關(guān)系的核心變量，通過多元線性回歸方法進行實證分析。研究結(jié)果表明：我國系族企業(yè)存在著內(nèi)部資本市場，但內(nèi)部資本市場效率偏低，系族企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)性與內(nèi)部資本市場的效率之間不存在正向的促進作用。
[Abstract]:As a new capital market country, the larger external financing constraints lead to the existence of strong internal capital market financing motivation for enterprise groups in China.In recent years, the "family" is the external embodiment of the function mechanism of the capital market inside the enterprise group of our country.Because of the existence of the holding relationship, the member companies of the family family form complex interest relations, and there are frequent business contacts between each other.How does this close business connection affect the efficiency of the internal capital market of the related enterprises? it is necessary to make an empirical test on the relationship between the two from the perspective of the reality of the family.First of all, this paper systematically reviews the related literature on the relationship between the business relevance and the efficiency of the internal capital market, and analyzes two kinds of opposite viewpoints: forward and reverse.This paper briefly introduces the meaning and characteristics of family enterprises and the relevant theories of diversification business relevance.Then, the existence of the internal capital market is defined, and the existence of the internal capital market of the family enterprises in China is empirically tested by the method of multiple linear regression analysis, which lays a foundation for the following research.Finally, according to the purpose of this paper, a measurement system of diversification business correlation is established, and the sensitivity cash flow method is used to measure the efficiency of internal capital market.Thus, the core variables of the relationship between business relevance and internal capital market efficiency are established, and the empirical analysis is carried out by means of multiple linear regression method.The results show that there is an internal capital market in Chinese family enterprises, but the efficiency of the internal capital market is low, and there is no positive promoting effect between the correlation of business and the efficiency of the internal capital market.
