【摘要】：近年,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)政府、企業(yè)、民眾都開始關(guān)心環(huán)保問題,我國(guó)環(huán)保投資金額也在逐年增大。但是,仔細(xì)分析我國(guó)環(huán)保投資的現(xiàn)狀,并將其與環(huán)保事業(yè)較為發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家相比,就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)有以下幾個(gè)特點(diǎn)：一、環(huán)保結(jié)構(gòu)過于單一,政府財(cái)政性支出占較大一部分。二、企業(yè)、社會(huì)等參與環(huán)保投資的積極性不高,特別是作為環(huán)境污染主要責(zé)任承擔(dān)者的企業(yè),自主性環(huán)保投資較少。 縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)以及發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家環(huán)保事業(yè)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)作為主體進(jìn)行環(huán)保投資是未來解決環(huán)境問題的主要趨勢(shì)。因此本文試圖通過建立企業(yè)環(huán)保投資影響因素模型,來尋找刺激企業(yè)進(jìn)行環(huán)保投資的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,從而激發(fā)企業(yè)的環(huán)保投資熱情。 在實(shí)證研究之前,需對(duì)環(huán)保投資進(jìn)行定義。參考了其他學(xué)者的研究以及結(jié)合本文研究的需要,本文支持“投資”學(xué)派的學(xué)說,認(rèn)為環(huán)保投資在本質(zhì)上也是一種投資,定義環(huán)保投資為“企業(yè)進(jìn)行的重大項(xiàng)目的環(huán)保投資,其數(shù)額會(huì)在企業(yè)在建工程或則固定資產(chǎn)中列示”。本文選擇logistic模型檢驗(yàn)我國(guó)上市公司2008、2009、2010年的數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)保組織、環(huán)境補(bǔ)貼、環(huán)境報(bào)告、企業(yè)規(guī)模、債權(quán)人監(jiān)督這五個(gè)因素較為穩(wěn)定得對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)保投資發(fā)生了顯著的作用。并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)本文模型可以很好地,穩(wěn)定地預(yù)測(cè)企業(yè)環(huán)保投資的發(fā)生。根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果,本文分析了各個(gè)因素對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)保投資的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)理,并提出相關(guān)的政策建議,以期促進(jìn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行環(huán)保投資的自主性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid economic growth, our government, enterprises, people are beginning to care about environmental protection, the amount of investment in environmental protection is also increasing year by year.However, by carefully analyzing the current situation of environmental protection investment in China and comparing it with the more developed countries in environmental protection, we can find the following characteristics: first, the structure of environmental protection is too single, and the fiscal expenditure of the government accounts for a large part.Second, the enthusiasm of enterprises and society to participate in environmental protection investment is not high, especially as the main responsibility bearers of environmental pollution, autonomous environmental protection investment is less.Throughout the literature at home and abroad and the development of environmental protection in developed countries, enterprises as the main body of environmental protection investment is the main trend to solve environmental problems in the future.Therefore, this paper tries to find the driving force to stimulate enterprises to invest in environmental protection by establishing the model of influencing factors of enterprises' environmental protection investment, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises' environmental protection investment.Before empirical research, environmental protection investment should be defined.Referring to the research of other scholars and the needs of this paper, this paper supports the theory of "investment" school, which holds that environmental protection investment is also an investment in essence, and defines environmental protection investment as "environmental protection investment of major projects carried out by enterprises."The amount will be shown in the construction of the enterprise or in the fixed assets. "This paper selects logistic model to test the data of China's listed companies in 2008 / 2009 and 2010, and finds that environmental protection organizations, environmental subsidies, environmental reports, scale of enterprises and creditor supervision are five factors which are more stable and have a significant effect on enterprises' environmental protection investment.The stability test of the model is carried out and it is found that the model can predict the occurrence of environmental protection investment of enterprises well and stably.Based on the empirical results, this paper analyzes the driving mechanism of various factors on the environmental protection investment of enterprises, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations in order to promote the autonomy of enterprises' environmental protection investment.
