【摘要】：本文選取2008-2010年滬深主板河北省上市公司為研究樣本,對(duì)上市公司內(nèi)部控制信息披露的影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):公司規(guī)模與上市公司信息披露水平呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系;股權(quán)集中度與上市公司信息披露水平呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the listed companies of Hebei Province, the main board of Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2008 to 2010, as the research samples, This paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of internal control information disclosure of listed companies. The results show that the scale of companies is significantly positively correlated with the level of information disclosure of listed companies; There is a significant negative correlation between the degree of ownership concentration and the level of information disclosure of listed companies.
