【摘要】：正2014年底,國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)廣東、天津、福建設(shè)立自貿(mào)區(qū)以及上海自貿(mào)區(qū)區(qū)域范圍外擴(kuò),自貿(mào)區(qū)的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了新的階段。如何根據(jù)各地資源稟賦條件,對國內(nèi)不同自貿(mào)區(qū)進(jìn)行差異化定位,是當(dāng)前一個(gè)重要的戰(zhàn)略話題。構(gòu)建跨境股權(quán)投資基金中心的意義筆者認(rèn)為,可考慮在上海自貿(mào)區(qū)內(nèi)建成一個(gè)跨境股權(quán)投資基金中心,并推動(dòng)
[Abstract]:In end of 2014, the State Council approved the establishment of free trade zones in Guangdong, Tianjin and Fujian, as well as the expansion of free trade zones in Shanghai. The development of free trade zones has entered a new stage. It is an important strategic topic at present to differentiate the different free trade zones in China. The significance of establishing a cross-border equity investment fund center is considered in the author's opinion that the establishment of a cross-border equity investment fund center in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone can be considered, and promote the development of a cross-border equity investment fund center in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
