【摘要】：股利政策是公司理財(cái)活動(dòng)的重要內(nèi)容之一，股利分配政策的影響效果不僅涉及到投資者所獲收益，同時(shí)還會(huì)向市場傳遞企業(yè)經(jīng)營情況的信息。因此，對股利政策的研究吸引了大量的國內(nèi)外學(xué)者。西方對股利政策的研究起步很早，我國學(xué)者從改革開放以來開始借鑒西方學(xué)者的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)和研究成果，結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行研究也取得了很多突破性的研究成果。 從實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，分析中國的創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的股利分配政策，通過實(shí)證方法，我們的需要找到創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的股利政策影響因素，并為試圖為建立更合理的股利分配政策提供理論基礎(chǔ)和建議。 本文的內(nèi)容分成四個(gè)部分： 第一部分，導(dǎo)論。描述研究背景和意義，回顧國內(nèi)和國際研究已經(jīng)取得了最新成果，介紹研究思路和研究方法，以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分，股利政策理論和影響因素。本章研究了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的股息的概念，股利政策的理論演進(jìn)及影響因素的理論。首先定義概念，然后對理論演變進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)和現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)的股利政策理論。最后，股利政策因素的理論假設(shè)，并分析了這些因素對股利政策的影響。 第三部分，，在創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司股息政策的現(xiàn)狀、特征。首先分析了上市公司在股利政策上的特點(diǎn)，，然后是股息在創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市的中國企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 第四部分，創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的股利政策的影響因素的實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證研究方法，選擇影響現(xiàn)金股利和股票股利的9個(gè)因素進(jìn)行了分析。 第五部分，結(jié)論和建議。實(shí)證結(jié)果總結(jié)，對創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的股利政策的優(yōu)化發(fā)展提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:Dividend policy is one of the important contents of corporate financial activities. The effect of dividend distribution policy not only relates to the income of investors, but also conveys the information of enterprise operation to the market. The research on dividend policy has attracted a large number of domestic and foreign scholars. The western research on dividend policy started early. Since the reform and opening up, Chinese scholars began to learn from the western scholars' research experience and research results. According to the actual situation of our country, a lot of breakthrough research results have been obtained. Starting from the actual situation, this paper analyzes the dividend distribution policy of gem listed companies in China. Through empirical method, we need to find the factors that affect the dividend policy of gem listed companies. It also provides theoretical basis and suggestions for the establishment of more rational dividend distribution policy. The content of this article is divided into four parts: The first part, introduction, describes the background and significance of the research, reviews the latest achievements in domestic and international research, and introduces the research ideas and methods, as well as innovations. The second part, dividend policy theory and influencing factors. This chapter studies the concept of dividend in modern enterprises, the evolution of dividend policy and the theory of influencing factors. Firstly, the concept is defined. Finally, the theoretical hypothesis of dividend policy factors and the impact of these factors on dividend policy are analyzed. The third part, the status quo and characteristics of dividend policy of listed companies in gem. Firstly, the characteristics of dividend policy of listed companies are analyzed. Then there is the descriptive statistical analysis of the current situation of Chinese enterprises listed on gem. In the 4th part, the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the dividend policy of gem listed companies is made. The empirical research method is used to analyze the nine factors that affect the cash dividend and the stock dividend. Part 5th, conclusions and recommendations. The empirical results summarize, the optimization and development of dividend policy of gem listed companies put forward reasonable suggestions.
