【摘要】:機械設(shè)備制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是一個國家綜合國力的重要體現(xiàn)。經(jīng)濟全球化進(jìn)程中,我國正在成為世界機械制造業(yè)的中心,,但是與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國機械設(shè)備制造業(yè)制造工藝陳舊、生產(chǎn)自動化技術(shù)落后、企業(yè)管理粗放、缺乏自主創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品與先進(jìn)技術(shù),在很多方面跟世界先進(jìn)水平有較大的差距。為了縮小與國外機械設(shè)備制造水平的差距,學(xué)術(shù)界與實業(yè)界都在進(jìn)行不懈的探索。波特(1990)指出:競爭力在國家水平上僅僅有意義的概念是國家的生產(chǎn)率,在地區(qū)意義上也是如此。對于企業(yè)來講,生產(chǎn)率是競爭力概念中最重要和最主要的部分。企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的提高可以表現(xiàn)為兩方面,一是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)邊界的外移,二是企業(yè)實際產(chǎn)出與生產(chǎn)邊界之間距離的縮短。在企業(yè)層面更多的是強調(diào)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與進(jìn)步,管理制度的優(yōu)化等。 技術(shù)效率是一個與生產(chǎn)性可能性邊界緊密聯(lián)系在一起的概念,主要用來衡量一個企業(yè)在等量要素投人條件下,其產(chǎn)出與最大產(chǎn)出前沿的距離。本文認(rèn)為,立足于提高技術(shù)效率,使企業(yè)的實際生產(chǎn)運營狀態(tài)逐漸接近其最大潛力,充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有資本的最大創(chuàng)造力,是企業(yè)管理層應(yīng)該竭力實現(xiàn)的。企業(yè)管理層能改善的只有企業(yè)內(nèi)部的效率影響因素,因此本文從影響技術(shù)效率的企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素出發(fā),側(cè)重分析資本結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)效率的關(guān)系。 本文使用隨機前沿分析法(SFA),建立了以柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的隨機前沿生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,以我國機械設(shè)備制造業(yè)上市公司2005-2009年的面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,實證分析了我國機械設(shè)備制造業(yè)上市公司的技術(shù)效率,同時分析了資本結(jié)構(gòu)對公司技術(shù)效率的影響。實證結(jié)果顯示我國機械設(shè)備儀表制造業(yè)上市公司的平均技術(shù)效率為0.782,表明存在約12.8%的技術(shù)效率浪費,有待進(jìn)一步的提升與發(fā)展;2005-2009年我國機械設(shè)備儀表制造業(yè)整體的平均技術(shù)效率隨時間呈上升趨勢;2005-2009年我國機械設(shè)備儀表制造業(yè)整體上還未達(dá)規(guī)模效率,存在規(guī)模不足,仍有一定的擴張余地;我國機械設(shè)備制造業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)效率存在倒U型的關(guān)系,也即存在一個最佳的資本結(jié)構(gòu)使得企業(yè)的技術(shù)效率最高。這為企業(yè)在進(jìn)行融資決策時提供參考,也為提高我國機械設(shè)備制造業(yè)技術(shù)效率提供途徑。
[Abstract]:The machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is the material foundation of the national economy and social development and the important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength. In the process of economic globalization, our country is becoming the center of the world machinery manufacturing industry. However, compared with the developed countries, China's machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is outdated in manufacturing technology, backward in production automation technology, extensive enterprise management, lack of independent innovation products and advanced technology. In many ways there is a big gap with the advanced level of the world. In order to narrow the gap with the manufacturing level of foreign machinery and equipment. Both academia and industry are making unremitting explorations. Porter's 1990) points out that the only meaningful concept of competitiveness at the national level is the productivity of the country. For enterprises, productivity is the most important and most important part of the concept of competitiveness. The improvement of enterprise productivity can be manifested in two aspects, one is the outward movement of enterprise production boundary. The second is the shortening of the distance between the actual output and the production boundary, and the emphasis on technological innovation and progress, the optimization of management system, etc. Technical efficiency is a concept closely related to the boundary of productive possibilities, which is mainly used to measure the distance between the output of an enterprise and the frontier of maximum output under the condition of equal factor investment. Based on improving the technical efficiency, the actual production and operation state of the enterprise is gradually approaching its maximum potential, and the maximum creativity of the existing capital can be brought into full play. The enterprise management can only improve the internal efficiency factors, so this paper starts from the enterprise internal factors that affect the technical efficiency. The relationship between capital structure and technical efficiency is analyzed emphatically. In this paper, a stochastic frontier production function model based on Cobb Douglas production function is established by using the stochastic frontier analysis method (SFAA). Based on the panel data from 2005 to 2009, this paper empirically analyzes the technical efficiency of the listed companies in China's machinery and equipment manufacturing industry. At the same time, it analyzes the influence of capital structure on the technical efficiency of the company. The empirical results show that the average technical efficiency of the listed companies in the mechanical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry is 0.782. It shows that there is about 12.8% waste of technical efficiency, which needs to be further promoted and developed. From 2005 to 2009, the average technical efficiency of China's mechanical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry increased with time. From 2005 to 2009, the manufacturing industry of mechanical equipment and instrumentation in China has not achieved scale efficiency on the whole, there is a lack of scale, there is still some room for expansion; The capital structure of China's machinery and equipment manufacturing industry has a inverted U-shaped relationship with technical efficiency, that is, the existence of an optimal capital structure makes the technological efficiency of enterprises the highest, which provides a reference for enterprises to make financing decisions. It also provides a way to improve the technical efficiency of China's machinery and equipment manufacturing industry.
