【摘要】：本文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外PE基金的理論梳理，研究分析中國(guó)、美國(guó)和歐洲的PE基金發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀，著重分析美國(guó)和歐洲PE基金發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及PE基金管理企業(yè)發(fā)展路徑，圍繞本土PE基金管理企業(yè)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的研究主線；探求本土PE基金管理企業(yè)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展策略，得出中國(guó)本土PE基金管理企業(yè)的發(fā)展存在單一化經(jīng)營(yíng)、行業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)、合作化經(jīng)營(yíng)、多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)、國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)五個(gè)不同發(fā)展階段的觀點(diǎn)。為現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)本土PE基金管理企業(yè)明確自身所處發(fā)展階段，并為其其科學(xué)合理的發(fā)展指明方向。 第一章梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外PE基金的基本理論知識(shí)，對(duì)PE基金形成一個(gè)基本的了解和認(rèn)識(shí)。指明國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的PE基金發(fā)展模式和理論模型雖然被提出和總結(jié)，卻沒有結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際的PE發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來(lái)給予落實(shí)和創(chuàng)新。提出只有將基本PE基金理論和同我國(guó)當(dāng)前PE基金管理企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制相融合的分析運(yùn)用，，才能夠在具體的理論應(yīng)用上提高對(duì)PE基金實(shí)踐運(yùn)用的針對(duì)性，達(dá)到更好指導(dǎo)效果的觀點(diǎn)。 第二章闡述國(guó)內(nèi)本土PE基金的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀，輔以對(duì)美國(guó)、歐洲PE基金的發(fā)展情況的介紹，對(duì)PE基金形成整體性理解。進(jìn)一步指出中國(guó)本土PE基金發(fā)展過程中普遍存在定位不明確、基金管理模式混亂、地域發(fā)展不公平性、發(fā)展路徑缺失等問題。提出借鑒美國(guó)和歐洲的成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn)，是本土PE基金管理企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的捷徑。 第三章對(duì)中國(guó)本土PE基金管理企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行深層次探討，論述本土PE基金管理企業(yè)的發(fā)展模式。結(jié)合國(guó)情從科學(xué)引導(dǎo)、合理規(guī)范和持續(xù)性發(fā)展的角度，為我國(guó)本土PE基金企業(yè)中國(guó)式發(fā)展獻(xiàn)策諫言。提出現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)本土PE基金管理企業(yè)存在單一化經(jīng)營(yíng)、行業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)、合作化經(jīng)營(yíng)、多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)、國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)五個(gè)發(fā)展階段的觀點(diǎn)，并依據(jù)這五個(gè)發(fā)展階段為本土PE基金管理企業(yè)指明健康發(fā)展的中國(guó)式路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development history and current situation of PE funds in China, the United States and Europe by combing the theories of PE funds at home and abroad. The development experience of PE fund in USA and Europe and the development path of PE fund management enterprise are analyzed emphatically, and the main line of research on sustainable development of local PE fund management enterprise is discussed. This paper explores the development strategy of local PE fund management enterprises in China, and draws the conclusion that the development of local PE fund management enterprises in China has a single management, industry management, cooperative management, diversified management. The viewpoint of five different development stages of internationalization management. It is clear that the local PE fund management enterprises in China have their own stage of development at the present stage and point out the direction for their scientific and reasonable development. The first chapter combs the basic theoretical knowledge of PE funds at home and abroad, forms a basic understanding and understanding of PE funds, and points out that the advanced development models and theoretical models of PE funds at home and abroad have been put forward and summarized. However, it has not been put into practice and innovated according to the actual development of PE in our country. This paper puts forward that only the basic PE fund theory can be combined with the present development situation and actual operation mechanism of PE fund management enterprises in China. Yes. Only then can we improve the pertinence of PE fund practice and achieve better guiding effect. The second chapter describes the development of domestic PE funds and the status quo, supplemented by the introduction of the development of the United States, Europe PE funds. Further pointed out that the local PE fund development process in China is generally not clear positioning, fund management model confusion, regional development unfairness. This paper points out that learning from the mature experience of the United States and Europe is the shortcut to the rapid development of local PE fund management enterprises. The third chapter discusses the development of local PE fund management enterprises in China, discusses the development model of local PE fund management enterprises. From the angle of reasonable standardization and sustainable development, this paper provides advice and advice for the development of local PE fund enterprises in China. It is pointed out that there are single management and industry management in local PE fund management enterprises in China at the present stage. According to the five development stages of cooperative management, diversified management and international management, the paper points out the Chinese way of healthy development for local PE fund management enterprises.
